Jazz and Blues vocalist Sara Michaels and New Jersey native vocalist Sharon Sable will “Reimagine” the Carlole King and The Beatles songbook with fresh arrangements accompanied by a Philadelphia All-Star Quintet: Producer and guitarist E. Shawn Qaissaunee, Aaron Graves-piano, Victor North-saxophone, Jason Fraticelli-bass, and Matt Scarano-drums
$30 (advance), $35 (door)
We'll be playing for the Nassau Valley Vineyard's Farmers Market in the lovely shaded area! There will be some chairs setup, but BYO if you have them. Nassau Vineyards wine and vendor food will be available.

On the Summer Solstice, I'll be joining Jon Thompson, Justin Leigh and their fellow members of The Channel Collective from the Philadelphia area to present an evening of Jazz for Peace, based partly on songs from the the 60’s some by Neil Young, Bob Dylan and others.
(Doors at 630 show at 7) BYOB/BYOF, & there will be light fare there as well.
You can dress in a Peace theme! :)
Tickets are $53.50 with tax incl. Tables for 6 are available for $350 with $25 from each table going to the “Direct Relief” helping humanity from natural disasters and war. ** See ticket link for purchase info. No tickets will be sold at the door.

Blossom Dearie (1924-2009) was known for her unpretentious vocal delivery and sophisticated piano accompaniment. Her music was ethereal, understated, impressive and bold. She performed lesser known gems of the Great American Songbook, was one of the voices of the Grammy nominated “Schoolhouse Rock” album, and went on to write and record original
